Tina was diagnosed with DCM 5 years ago, shortly after she was fitted with an ICD, her eldest daughter was also diagnosed with DCM at 34 weeks pregnant. She worked for over 20 years teaching 4 to 7 year olds. Supporting parents of SEND & vulnerable children with outside agencies to enable a mainstream education. She took early retirement 3 years ago to look after her grandson, whilst her daughter is at work, which keeps her very busy along with weekend spent with her family.
